Q. How can I contact SeekAServ?
A. You can contact us by completing our contact us page.
Q. Do I need to pay to post if I’m looking for a service provider?
A. No, it’s completely free to post jobs as a customer. Simply sign-up as a customer and you’re set to go.
Q. Can I remove a job post?
A. Yes. Once you have received all the responses you are looking for or you have chosen a service provider, you can log into your account and remove the post.
Q. Can I leave a review of the service provider that has undertaken the job?
A. Yes. We encourage you to do so – good or bad, just be honest. SeekaServ understands the importance of reviews and how this can affect the performance of a member’s profile.

Q. How do I become a Service provider member?
A. Follow the link, Create an account, complete the registration form and confirm your email address. Afterwards, log back into your account and complete the required information.
Q. What do I receive for being a service provider?
A. You will receive unlimited leads for the services you want to provide, in the area you want to work, when you want to work.
Q. Do I need to pay to receive job leads?
A. No!

A. No!
Q. Why should I signup and what are the benefits?
A. There are lots of benefits to joining as a member, ie. Free service profile, exposure to customer searches, generate more work, make extra income, only reply to the jobs you want, when you want.
Q. I have responded to a lead, what happens now?
A. The customer will respond to you if they would like to engage with your services.
Q. How can I win more jobs?
A. Profile. Profile. Profile. It’s all about how you come across in your profile, the better your profile and the content you provide, the more chance you have winning the jobs.
Q. Should I hear back from all my customers?
A. Not always. There is no guarantee you will win the job, but you have just as much chance as your competitors.
Q. Can I see how many people have already responded to a job post?
A. Unfortunately not. Only the customer can see this, but the faster you can respond to a job post, the more likely you are to winning the work.
Q. How many people can respond to a job post?
A. There is no maximum number, SeekaServ offers unlimited responses to each job post, this provides the customer with a selection of quotes and provider availability.
Q. How do I manage job leads?
A. Simple! All job leads can be found in your profile, here you can mark as responded or choose to delete.
Q. How do I receive a review for the services that I have provided?
A. We encourage you to provide the customer with a link to upload the review to your profile. Members will have an opportunity to respond to any review posted.

Q. Do I need to pay for a membership?
A. No!
Q. How do I change my login details and password?
A. Simply login to your account using your existing details and make the changes to the new details you would like to use.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password and I can’t log in?
A. Follow the link you received in your welcome email. “Reset Password”, a second email will be sent to your registered account email, then just follow the instructions.
Q. How do I deactivate my account?
A. Login to your account and select delete account. We may choose to contact you for your feedback and ask the reasons for leaving. We appreciate any feedback that you could offer, we pride ourselves on our members and are continually looking to improve the services we provide.

Q. Any tips on creating a better profile?
A. Add as much information as possible, please read more here.
Q. What are ratings?
A. A customer can rate your service on multiple factors, i.e, Value for money, friendliness, Quality of service provided.
Q. How do I receive reviews, feedback or testimonials?
A. The only way to receive testimonials or reviews is to offer your clients a Link to your profile after you have completed a job, this is the only way to display these on your profile.
Q. Can I reply to reviews, feedback or testimonials?
A. Yes. We feel that it is just as important to thank customers for taking the time to provide you with this, so you can send a response back to your customer.
Q. How can I transfer all my reviews from my other platforms?
A. Unfortunately you can not do this as they cannot be verified by SeekAServ.
Q. Can I remove reviews from my profile?
A. No. These reviews will be seen on your profile for a 3-month period. If you are unhappy with a review, you can contact us and discuss this matter further.
Q. How do I add photos of my work to my profile?
A. Simple. Just login and upload images from your files or open the camera action and take live images.
